DATE OF ADMISSION :19-12-22 A 20 old male student from miryalaguda came to OPD with CHIEF COMPLAINTS : backache since 1 day, neck pain since 2 days. HOPI:patient was apparently asymptomatic 3 days back, then he developed fever which is inscidious  in onset, low grade, intermittent not relived on medication.
